Skill set: Should be strong in any! one or combination of Technologies:- DBA's - Oracle,SQL serve! r, DB2, Sybase, Oracle PL/SQL. ERP's-SAP ABAP/BW and all other modules, Oracle Apps, Peoplesoft, .Net, C#, C++, Java, J2EE, Data warehouse (Cognos, infomatica, etc) with good communication skill.
Experience: Minimum 3+yrs relavant post qualification experience.
JOB LOCATION: Mostly eastern part of USA (New Jersey, New York, Connecticut) and the candidate should be ready for open location also.
Employee Benefits: Food and accommodation , Air fare reimbursement, Medical allowance, Welcome package after landing into USA etc.
Interview: Interview will be in telephonic from USA. After selection the documents (like Passport, Qualification & employment certificates etc) and payment will be collected. The candidate should possess good communication skills and good knowledge in their projects.
*After the candidate got selected, we have to collect the credentials for visa processing.
H1B VISA PROCESS: The visa filing will be starting from first working day of April and the process goes to 90-120 days. (May Vary due to US Immigration Laws and Processing Times)
SALARY! : Salary would be 45000-70000 dollars per annum accor! ding to the experience and skill set.
H1B VISA PROCESSING FEE:
* Initially candidate has to sponsor for H1B Visa processing fee 3000 dollars which includes your credential evaluation.
*The candidate should sign one year general agreement after visa gets approved.
*If in case visa gets rejected the fee will be refundable other than credential evaluation fee.
