· Experience with Visual Studio IDE

· Accomplished development skills on the Microsoft platform specifically relating to Microsoft Business Intelligence technologies (SQL Server, Integration Services (SSIS), Analysis Services(SSAS) and Reporting Services (SSRS), Performance Point, Excel Services).

· Good MDX and SQL language skills.

· Ability to architect and design OLTP and Data Warehousing solutions.

· Knowledge of competitive product offerings

· Ability to construe a customer's "plan" very quickly

· Understanding of both the Dev and DBA roles with real-world experience

· Have Knowledge in .NET (ASP.NET/VB.NET/C#)

· Strong Communication skills

· Proactive in nature
