Executive Presentation Designer - Gurgaon

This position is based in Gurgaon, India.

Google is looking for a highly creative PowerPoint / Photoshop guru to work as part of their sales team. Along with a range of other design duties you would be responsible for creating the visuals and designing the decks of executive presentations for client meetings and events around the world. You will be comfortable creating polished presentations and coming up with brilliantly insightful visuals and photographic montages to explain complicated and abstract concepts in a thoughtful and challenging way.

The environment here is fast-paced and entertaining with a variety of different projects and requests; the team is equally varied and everyone is encouraged to develop and exchange their skills - so you can learn about bezier curves, clustered servers, four-colour printing and the hidden mysteries of video compression whilst you work.

Note: There is a broad range of skills required at Google, and we would not expect candidates to be specialist in all design disciplines, but team members are expected to be able and willing to learn new design disciplines and help out as required.

Responsibilities:
  • Create visual presentations for use at client meetings and events across India and globally.
  • Develop innovative graphics and visuals to engage clients in presentations and reports.
  • Generate a library and archive of high-quality presentation designs.
  • Communicate complex ideas, data and processes visually.
  • Create and edit images in Illustrator and Photoshop.
Requirements:
  • BA degree or higher (preferably creative) as well as strong applications experience: (PowerPoint, Adobe CS: Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks).
  • Excellent visual imagination and lateral thinking skills.
  • Solid track-record of organising and delivering projects on your own initiative.
  • Experience of working with a variety of briefs and subject matter.
  • Attention to detail and comfortable working in a fast paced, high-pressured, team environment.
  • Web / Print design skills and production experience.
  • Demonstrable interest and knowledge of Google products.
