Role: Project Manager

Responsibilities:

The Project Manager oversees all aspects of project using planning, monitoring and controlling processes. The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for completion of the project on time, on budget and on specifications assigned. The PM performs a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, coordinating all resources and stakeholders; setting deadlines; assigning responsibilities; and monitoring, summarizing and communicating the progress of the project.
Qualifications:

1. 10+ Years of Experience and Minimum 4-5 Years of Project Management
2. Experience. The person should have a Masters Degree and essential to have graduation degree.

Key & Specific Requirements:

The ideal candidate for this role should have the following skills and abilities:
1. Experience in Media/Advertising and ideally in out-of-home (OOH) business vertical.
2. Solid experience in .NET Framework Technology 2.0, 3.5, and SQL Server 2008.
3. Ideally, a reputed MBA degree.
4. Ideally overseas work experience (Experience in handling international clients being essential)
5. Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously and ablity to handle pressure
6. Methodical (with certification/experience in ISO and SEI-CMM environments)
7. Effective Project Management (Customer Management, Resource Management, Scheduling, Issues & Risk Management, Accurate and timely reporting, Change Management) with ability to manage multiple complex projects and deliver them to tight deadlines & budgets with constraints of ever changing requirements, skills availability, and quality
8. Experience working in successfully delivering Enterprise Class solution.
9. Client Management â€" tactful, resolute, and committed to providing excellent customer service.
10. People Management â€" Capable of training, supervising and managing project executives.
11. Communication â€" Effective and strong interpersonal and communication skills, with accurate and timely reporting to the customer and the management.
12. Team playing.
