5. Depth of knowledge on SQL Server / Oracle
6. OO Design experience and n-tier architecture experience.
7. Ability to articulate and justify technical design & architecture
decisions, both to internal teams & customer teams.
8. Should be handling a team of at least 3 – 4 members.
