Job Description: -
- Strong understanding and demonstrable experience in small/medium projects on the Microsoft platform in a lead role.
- N-Tier Web-based application development experience with a very good understanding of .Net technologies – ASP, ASP.Net, VB.Net, C#, HTML, Java script and Crystal Reports, Database concepts/SQL, Web services/XML.
- Experience of requirements elicitation from business users and analysis of existing systems
- Knowledge of OOAD, UML and design patterns.
- Solution design experience in at least a couple of development/re-engineering projects.
- Understand of testing strategy and approaches for web-based applications
- Knowledge of estimation techniques such as FP, UCP, etc.
- Experience of project execution in a process-oriented environment
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
