Requirements:
BS or an MS in scientific discipline or equivalent.
GCP experience is a must,
GLP and/or cGMP is a plus.
The individual will work on problems of moderate scope requiring review of identifiable factors, erroneous decisions will cause a delay in schedule.
He/She will work closely with Research and Development functional groups to ensure compliance to applicable standards (external and internal) for GCP, GLP and Research.
A strong preference for a QA person with Clinical experience (CRA, Study Coordinator, etc.)
Excellent written and communication skills are a plus to gain cooperation from others.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversees GCP QA activities, including arranging QA review of clinical and regulatory documents and leading auditing planning activities
Leads continuous improvement of GCP and GLP Quality Systems
Project representation on at least one vaccine candidate project
Performs audits as requested
Leads Investigations of major deviations
Manage staff, encouraging career growth through coaching and cross-training
Maintain expected level of staff training
