Job Profile:- The Software Engineer designs and develops web applications, software components, and sub-systems under the direction of the software architect, senior software engineer, and the engineering manager.
Essential Duties/Tasks:
1) Works with Engineering and Project Managers in scheduling tasks
2) Plans, designs, and implements objects and components under the direction of senior engineers
3) Assists the QA team in assessing testability of the system
4) Provide diagnosis and troubleshooting of system issues
5) Participate in design and code reviews
Knowledge of Industry, Product, and Technology:
Experience:- Minimum 2 years in software development inclusive of
X 2+ years in windows/web application development
X 1+ years database design and development
X Knowledgeable in the software field s concepts, practices, and procedures
X Must independently keep abreast of the state-of-the-art in software development
X Skillful in object-oriented programming
X ASP/C#/VB.NET experience required
X Web Services experience required
X XML/XSL experience required
X WPF/WCF/ADO.NET experience required
X Oracle 10g/PL/SQL experience required
X AJAX experience is a plus
X Java experience a plus
Education and other Qualifications
X B.E/MCA/ M.Tech required
