Job Description :
Handling a team of at least 15-10 members
* Should have worked with overseas clients and handling client interaction
* Involved in requirement analysis and pre-sales activity
* Actively involved in project management activities keeping a focus
on profitability and timely completion of the project
* Ability to ensure/enforce development as per defined standards on project
* Aware of the current updates on technologies and able to suggest
framework, package for implementation based on the client requirement
* Should have good understanding of working of internet and web based
development
* Should posses ability to communicate effectively with peers, team
members and adjust to changing needs of resource as per project
requirements
* Effectively able to make short/long term plans with respect to
resources and project for the team
* Good overall exposure/knowledge of LAMP including opensource
frameworks, CMS, ecommerce packages
* Exposure to server related management activities is a plus
