Requirements- Candidate must be self-motivated and be able to work well in a team environment demonstrating proven leadership skills. Candidate must have the ability to deliver a top quality product in a timely fashion while leading teams of varied backgrounds.
- Minimum 7-10 years demonstrated experience in application development
- Minimum three years leadership of a technical team required
- Demonstrated experience in C#, Visual Studio.NET, ASP.NET, PL/SQL, Client-Side JavaScript, and HTML
- Experience with XML, Web Services
- Experience developing multi-tier Internet/Intranet applications
- Demonstrated analytic and design capabilities
- Working knowledge of database design
- Experience with Oracle a plus
- Knowledge of Service Oriented Architectures (SOA) a plus
- Ability to communicate in English both written and verbal
- Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Fast learner, quality consciousness and committed to deadlines
- Highly effective communicator via email & telephone
- Experience working in a multinational development team
