Java Module Lead / Tech Lead: Person should have 5 to 8 years of experience working in Java / J2EE technology with exposure in designing and implementing complex architecture. Working experience in Spring framework, Hibernate, EJB and web services is desired. Exposure to Websphere integration technology and financial / banking domain would be extra advantage.
Person would be responsible to understand the complex architecture and business domain of the project and implement modules independently handling team of 4 to 8 resources by reviewing their technical work. Hand on technology exposure is more desired for the role rather than people management skills.
