1) Minimum 6 to 7 years of J2EE experience
2) Minimum 3 years of Weblogic Portal experience
3) Well versed with Portal Lifecycle management Java 5 annotations.
4) Portal deployment and Propogation
5) Content Repository integration is nice to have
6) Internationalisatio n/Design experience is nice to have
7) Exposure to Oracle, Hibernate
