Requirements:
1) Desired Profile – description:
- MUST HAVE ENTERPRISE LEVEL EXPERIENCE
- 5-7 years IT experience with a minimum of 3 years of Enterprise Portal development/implementation experience
- 3+ years experience with the following is required: ASP.NET, SQL Server, C#, .Net Framework and XML/XSL features.
- Enterprise experience with Both WSS2.0/3.0 (Windows SharePoint Services) and MOSS 2007
- Experience developing custom web parts and features, custom websites and web applications in SharePoint, SharePoint API, Business Data Catalog, and Office 2007 Services within SharePoint
- Experience integrating enterprise content with SharePoint to include: content indexing, personalization, restricting access to content
- Ability to understand the "big picture" and to identify and resolve key issues
- Strong communication, presentation, consulting and documentation skills
- Strong sense of ownership and commitment
- Significant experience on multiple full-life cycle Enterprise projects. Experience should include architecture, development, implementation and integration
- Experience with performance tuning and security on all aspects of a Portal infrastructure
- Experience with MS SQL Server 2000/2005+, Windows OS (2000 / 2003) Active Directory, and other implementation aspects of SharePoint
- (Optional) Integration experience including any of the following: accounting, project management, or other legacy systems, to be accessed within SharePoint via direct SAL queries or APIs
- Take technical ownership of specific software systems and products
2) Qualifications
a. Essential : Preferred masters degree from accredited university, focus on Computer Science or Information Systems
b. Desired : Preferred Certification in any Microsoft Curriculum such as .Net (Web, Winform), SQL, and SharePoint (SharePoint is a big +)
3) Experience in years and details
a. Essential: 5-7 yrs. He/She should execute minimum 2-3 projects in MOSS 2007 leading a team with minimum 6 resources.

4) Functional Area : Project Delivery
As a technical lead we are looking at minimum 2 client projects executed with the relevant experience in SharePoint/MOSS
