Skills:
Should be having good planning, estimation, tracking, reporting skills.
Should be able to interact with clients and have international work exposure.
Should be able to mentor a team of Technical resources. Occasional Travel required.

•Able to independently solve and mentor the team design problems
•Ability to build system functional specifications
•Ability to build system design specifications

•Problem Solving capabilities, very good communication skills, Customer interface experience, is a fast learner, enthusiastic and can grasp things easily.
•Can detect underlying problems and patterns; looks beyond the obvious
•Has experience in writing proposals, RFIs etc.
•Independently establishes effective relationships with other feature teams
•Identifies own goals and determines how to achieve them; works independently
•Handle a bigger team
•Participate in writing proposals and engagement documents independently
